## Managing Partner

CA Vijay Krishnan is the Managing Partner of Vijayarajan & Associates. With a unique combination of engineering, law, and chartered accountancy qualifications, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to professional services. A B.Tech graduate in Electronics and Communication who transitioned to Chartered Accountancy, he has been in practice since 2012. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI. Prior to becoming a Chartered Accountant, he worked as a Software Engineer for 2 years, giving him strong expertise in technology-driven financial solutions. He has completed ICAI certificate courses in Concurrent Audit of Banks, MSME, IFRS, Financial Markets and Securities Laws, and Artificial Intelligence for CA. He leads the firm's strategy, knowledge initiatives, and digital transformation.
